How do I install USA IPTV on Amazon Firestick?

Installing our service on a Firestick is easy and takes about 5 minutes:

  1. Go to Firestick Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options and enable “Apps from Unknown Sources”.
  2. Install the Downloader app from the Amazon App Store.
  3. Open Downloader and enter the URL for your preferred player (e.g., IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate).
  4. Once installed, open the app, select “Login with Xtream Codes API”, and enter the Username, Password, and Server URL sent to your email.
Which apps do you recommend for Apple TV & iOS?

Why is my stream buffering and how do I fix it?

Our servers operate at 99.9% uptime. If you experience buffering, it is usually related to local network conditions or ISP routing. Try these steps:

  • Restart your Router: Unplug it for 60 seconds and plug it back in.
  • Use an Ethernet Cable: Wi-Fi can be unstable; a hardwired connection is always best for 4K streaming.
  • Check ISP Throttling: Many US internet providers throttle IPTV traffic during peak hours (like NFL Sundays). Using a Premium VPN (like NordVPN or ExpressVPN) completely solves this issue.
EPG (TV Guide) is not showing or updating. What should I do?

If your EPG is blank, go to your app’s settings and click “Update EPG” or “Refresh Playlist”. Sometimes, clearing the app’s cache (on Android/Firestick) and reopening it will force the TV guide to download the latest schedule.

Can I share my subscription with a friend or family member?

Standard plans come with one (1) connection, meaning you can install it on multiple devices, but you can only watch on one device at a time. If you use the account on two devices simultaneously, the server will automatically ban the account. If you need multiple connections for your household, please upgrade to our Multi-Room plans.

How do renewals work? Will I be charged automatically?

No, we do not use auto-renewals or store your credit card information for future billing. Your subscription is strictly “Pay as you go.” When your subscription is about to expire, we will send you a reminder email with a link to renew manually.
