2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase date.
- You are experiencing persistent technical issues (e.g., severe buffering, channel unavailability) that our technical support team is unable to resolve within 48 hours of you reporting the issue.
- You have actively cooperated with our support team’s troubleshooting steps (such as testing your internet speed or trying a recommended VPN).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
To prevent abuse of our refund policy, refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
- TOS Violations: Your account was suspended or banned for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., sharing your account, restreaming, or using multiple devices simultaneously without a multi-room plan).
- Event Specific: You purchased the service solely to watch a specific Pay-Per-View (PPV) event, watched the event, and requested a refund immediately after.
- Renewals: The 30-day guarantee applies only to your first purchase. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
- Inadequate Hardware/Internet: Your internet speed is significantly below our minimum requirement (15 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K), or you are using unsupported/obsolete hardware.

5. Processing Time
